YOUNG FAITH HISTORIANS
PROGRAMME
NMYC, in partnership with the Museum of London & Faiths Forum are working with young people living and/or working in London to contribute to a film about practising faith that will be shown at the new London Museum.
They are researching and sharing their family and communities' stories of faith in the city and gaining experience working in the museum and heritage sector.

UPCOMING EVENTS FOR OCTOBER 2023
SOAS University of London and NMYC are excited to announce the launch of the Faith.Justice.Social podcast on the SOAS campus on 25th October. All students are invited to join us at this drop-in sesion to talk about the podcast, episode themes, and upcoming
interfaith events and opportunities for young people.
The Faith.Justice.Social. podcast is a platform for student guests from diverse faith and belief backgrounds to engage in conversations about their religion, social justice, and general topics related to their faith, including discussions about colours, festivals, food, and music.
UPCOMING EVENTS FOR INTERFAITH WEEK 2023
On Saturday, 18th November, we're organizing youth-led round table discussions at the Global Cooperation House in London, in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris UK. These discussions will explore the intersections of social action and faith. The event will include thoughtful discussions, guided meditation sessions, and plenty of FREE FOOD. Topics for the roundtables include refugee narratives, personal strength and resilience, mediating our reactions on social media, leadership in times of conflict, and managing eco-anxiety.

UPCOMING EVENTS FOR INTERFAITH WEEK 2023
We extend a warm invitation to students from all universities to participate in a private interfaith workshop led by Professor Chris Stedman, taking place at the University of Sussex on 15th November. Following the workshop, NMYC, in collaboration with the University of Sussex Chaplaincy, will be hosting a public lecture with Professor Chris Stedman. Both the private workshop and the evening lecture will be on the topic of "Building Bridges Between Believers, Nonbelievers, and Everyone In Between."
